Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and AG-ENTS ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. What AG-ENTS is
AG-ENTS is a mobile app for creating and running personal AI agents. You define an agent, we provision a runtime for it, and you talk to it in a chat conversation. Agents can run on infrastructure we host for you, or — through the guided setup lane — on a server you own and pay for yourself.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use AG-ENTS. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
3. Your account
Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time code to your address, and verifying it signs you in — creating the account on first use. Your email address is your account. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You're responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your content and your agents
You own the content you create — your messages, your agent definitions, and your settings. You give us the permission we need to store, transmit, and process that content in order to run the service, and no more.
Your agents act on your instructions. You're responsible for what you ask them to do and for reviewing what they produce before you rely on it or act on it.
5. AI-generated output
Agent responses are generated by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading, even when they sound confident. Don't treat agent output as professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise — and verify anything that matters before acting on it.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use AG-ENTS to break the law, to harm others, or to abuse the service — including attempting to disrupt the infrastructure, circumvent limits, probe other users' data, or use agents for spam, harassment, or unauthorized access to systems you don't own. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.
7. Bring-your-own-server lane
If you connect your own server (the guided VPS lane), that server is yours: you own the relationship with your hosting provider, their terms and bills, and what runs on the machine. You give us credentials so we can install and manage the agent runtime on it, and we use them only for that. We're not responsible for the server itself, its security beyond the runtime we manage, or your provider's actions.
8. Fees
AG-ENTS is currently provided without charge. If we introduce pricing, we'll tell you in advance and you'll be able to delete your account before any charge applies. Costs of your own server in the bring-your-own lane are always yours.
9. Leaving
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or by following the steps at ag-ents.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what happens. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
10. The service is provided as-is
We work to keep AG-ENTS reliable, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, or the actions of your agents, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll give you notice in the app or by email before they take effect; continuing to use AG-ENTS after that means you accept them.
