Delete your account
You can delete your AG-ENTS account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no retention window and no undo.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open AG-ENTS and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion starts right away and the app shows you its progress. When it finishes you're signed out and the account is gone.
Can't access the app?
Email support@ag-ents.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and process the deletion.
What gets deleted
Everything: your account, your agents (including their hosted runtimes, which are torn down), your conversations, your settings, and your device registrations. All of it is hard-deleted.
Two narrow exceptions, kept for security and accountability: a status token that lets you confirm the deletion finished (valid up to 24 hours after completion), and a permanent audit record of the deletion itself — metadata only (which account, when, outcome), never your content.
